Privacy Policy regarding the Blue Sparrow

The information collected from the Blue Sparrow App will be used for education and research activities under the project “A Multi-modal Speaking App that introduces primary school pupils to the world of English poetry and intonation” (ITB/FBL/5021/19/P), funded by the Innovation and Technology Fund for Better Living under the Innovation and Technology Bureau. The information could include the user’s gender, age, school and email. The information collected can only be accessed by the Project team. 

The submission of personal data is voluntary. However, insufficient data submission may prevent your full use of the Blue Sparrow App. You have the right to request access to and correction of personal information held by the Project team. If you wish to access or correct your personal data, please contact poetryreading@hkbu.edu.hk.
